Due to the nature of this business, all custom wigs are final order. No refunds or returns are accepted. Send us an email here if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we will try our best to fix any issues you may have.

Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date. There is a $25 restock fee for cancellations. Cancellations are not valid on orders of same day shipping or delivery. 

All custom wig orders require your billing and shipping info to match. If it does not match, we will have to cancel the order.

The turnaround time is the time it takes to process and create the wig. Shipping time is separate from the turnaround time.

We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
